After a nearly 2-month search, Arc Home was the only lender I was able to find that was willing to pre-approve me for a mortgage after less than a year of self-employment. The team I worked with guided me through the pre-approval process and ultimately approved my loan in time for me to close on a home within 45 days of my offer being accepted. The loan underwriting process was honestly a bit of a pain, but I assume that's true with any lender.
