Our notice period for cancellation is the running month + a month. They are scammers and purposely covert to get all your money - I got on their 2 month trial, cancelled a week before the end but they charged me 499kr anyway. I can live with this, despite it being annoying, expensive and not obvious in the first place. BUT, a week later they charged me again 499kr. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. I purchased an offer for ARCA however I cancelled a month later as I was not happy with the service. When I cancelled the service I was charged for that month and now I am being charged for February knowing that I will not be using the service and that I have waived it. Despite saying per mail I was no longer a member, I just discovered Arca has charged me for a several months. It’s currently also impossible on the website to to recover your membership login. So now, I got a membership I’m not using and being charged for it, even though I was promised back in January , that I wasn’t a member anymore. So one week in, I'm forced to pay for 2 months of a service I never did or will use.

I got this because I take my Cirkul bottle everywhere. I can put my cell phone with my cards and other stuff in it instead of carrying a purse. I am looking forward to using it this coming summer for the fair and other outside events. First item that I ordered from FB that I like.
I went to an outdoor craft show this weekend and used it. I was able to not worry about loosing my cash/cards and had my drink and still had my hands free. It is very sturdy and holds my 24 oz bottle easily. I love that the big pocket holds my phone, which is also quite big. Awaiting a response from customer service to fix this. Their business model is scamming people with a terrible product. Their equipment belongs in the junk yard, and if you try to cancel the membership they’ll do what they can to squeeze money out of you. Hi Per, So sorry to hear about the inconvenience.
Now, when the free months ended, I was converted to a paid membership. I had not attended their classes once, so I asked them for a refund, and was told that wasn't possible. As all previous commenters say - a robbery. You don't use the service, cancel subscription yet Arca continues to charge your card for at least 1 more month. I happily paid for the extra two months, but because i wasn’t aware that i owed extra i was charged insane penalty charges.
After a nearly 2-month search, Arc Home was the only lender I was able to find that was willing to pre-approve me for a mortgage after less than a year of self-employment. The team I worked with guided me through the pre-approval process and ultimately approved my loan in time for me to close on a home within 45 days of my offer being accepted. The loan underwriting process was honestly a bit of a pain, but I assume that's true with any lender.
They were resent but we felt communication was abrupt as though we were frustrating staff in not receiving the first email. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a home loan.
